The honest version, first

Nobody photographs your animal. A machine relights your photo.

This page exists to make one thing unmistakable, because it is the whole proposition and hiding it would be both dishonest and illegal.

Said plainly: the portrait is generated by artificial intelligence. It is built from the photograph you upload, and it is not a photograph taken in a studio. There is no photographer, no painter and no studio to visit — that is the whole point of it. We declare it here, on the result screen and inside the metadata of the file we print, under article 50 of the European AI Act.

What you get is a portrait of your animal — his coat, his markings, his eyes — under lighting that was never actually switched on. If that trade does not sit right with you, book a photographer instead. If it does, the preview costs nothing.

What people usually ask

So there is really no studio?

None. No address, no appointment, no photographer. You upload a photo from your phone and an artificial intelligence rebuilds it with studio lighting. It is declared here, on the result screen and inside the metadata of the file we print, under article 50 of the European AI Act.

Then what am I paying for?

A printed picture. The generated portrait is free to look at; you pay when you choose a material and a size and we print it and ship it to you.

Why is not having a studio an advantage?

Because the studio is the part that goes wrong. It is the booking, the carrier, the car, the strange room, the hour of your animal refusing to look at the lens, and the fee before a single print. Take it out and what is left is the photograph.

Is the result honest about what it is?

Yes, and deliberately so. It is a relight of your own photograph, not a record of a session that happened. We would rather say that on every page than have you discover it when the parcel arrives.

What if my pet cannot travel or is no longer here?

Those are the two cases this suits best. Old photos, poor photos, photos from years ago: whatever you have is what it works from.
