Which animals does it work with?
Dogs, cats, horses and rabbits are the four we have tested and all four come out well. Anything with a face is worth trying: the preview is free, so if it does not convince you, you order nothing.
Is the portrait a real photograph?
No. It is generated by artificial intelligence from the photo you upload. There is no photographer, no studio and no painter involved. That is declared here, on the result screen and inside the metadata of the printed file, under article 50 of the European AI Act.
Can two pets be in the same portrait?
Start from a photo that already has both of them in it, framed the way you want them. The lighting is rebuilt around whatever is in the photo, so the pose has to come from the photo itself.
Can I be in it too?
Yes. Upload a normal selfie of you and your pet and both faces get the studio treatment. If you do not have one, the order form opens your phone camera.
What does it cost and where do you ship?
Prints start at 29.95 euros, canvas at 54.95 euros, framed at 64.95 euros and framed canvas at 89.95 euros. Shipping is included to the 169 countries we serve: 4 to 6 working days in the United States, 3 days in Spain.
Can I have the digital file?
Yes. The full-resolution image is sent with the order, so you can use it wherever you want.
What if I do not like the result?
You see it finished before paying, and you can change the lighting and generate it again. Once it has been printed there is no return, because it is made from your photo and cannot be resold; until the file goes to print you can cancel by writing to us.
